OK a note 
OK a note ticket notes notes

When someone adds a note to a ticket, they may @mention you so that you get notified of the note.

Sometimes, you may need to add a note to reply. However, sometimes you may just need to let them know you've read their note and are OK with it.

For example, this message from Katie just requires an OK and so Ivana can quickly click the OK icon instead of writing a note in reply. 



EvantoDesk will then automatically send a notification email to Katie to let her know -
