Show all Customer and Company tickets

From the inbox, you can easily display all tickets by the customer or their company.
This is done by clicking the [customer] and [company] links.
[customer] shows all emails from the customer, even those closed or deleted.
[company] shows all emails from the persons company i.e. all emails from the same domain e.g. @gurtlush.com.
Companies can be managed on the Company screen (access this from Customers on the main menu) and different domains added to the same company if required so that all companies emails appear. E.g. if the company has emails from gurtlush.com and gurtlushaccounts.com, you can add both these domains to the same company. You can also change the company name on the company screen.
