Assign To Agent
Tickets can be assigned to an agent via any of the workflows (see the workflows section of the Help Docs).
But they can also be assigned on the ticket list page or when viewing a ticket.
Ticket List Page
On the ticket list page, click on the link to the right of 'Agent:'.
Once clicked, a selection of your agents will pop up. If the ticket is already assigned to a group then only those agents in the group will be available to choose from. Select the agent you want to assign the ticket to and that's it! The pop up will disappear and the ticket will now be assigned to the agent.
