Extra Ticket Statuses 
Ticket Status Status Statuses Extra Status

Different status options can be added to the On Hold status. For example:

On Hold With Customer
On Hold With Partner
On Hold With Colleague

Go to Settings >Status Settings (in Ticket Related Settings).

Click on Add New and add a status.

Repeat process!

You can now select these Statuses when changing a ticket status, like so -
