Scheduling an email 
schedule scheduling delay

This is a great feature for a wide variety of reasons.

It allows you to write an email but schedule it to be sent at a later time.

You first need to switch this on via Settings > Scale Desk.

You'll now be able to schedule a reply within a ticket, or when sending a new email from the 'Send Email' screen.

You can enter the number of hours later you'd like to send it (can add the range 0.1 hours - 744 hours).

Or - 

You can select a random range and a random time will be selected.

To cancel an email already scheduled, simply delete the ticket.

You cannot currently cancel a reply that has been scheduled.
