What is the Subject of an email sent to a group or agent via an action?
The subject will always be the name of the rule (i.e. the Dispatch Rule or Monitor Rule or Auto Action).
 
What is the subject of an email sent to the customer via an action?
The subject will always be the subject of the ticket (i.e. the email that they sent to you).
