Reports
The company reports screen allows you to quickly see the metrics for each company and to also download the data.
You can access the company reports by clicking directly from the ticket inbox screen or from the company screen itself. You can click to go and view the actual company also from the ticket inbox.
Once on the company report screen you can view and analyse the data as required.
