Omit a Ticket from the Reports

There may be a time where you need to omit a ticket from the reports, perhaps because it has an imbalanced effect on the response times.
So, in order to omit a ticket, head to the settings screen and, under the ticket related settings section, click on the Report Settings screen.
On this screen you can omit tickets or re-admit tickets to/from the reports.
Simple as that!
