The report page is a great place to start to gauge the performance of your team and get fast, handy performance metrics.
Select the Dashboard > Report menu item. The report page shows a chart and table with all of your relevant data.
Use the buttons along the top of the chart to change the chart and table data. For example you can choose to look at the entire team collectively or specific agents or agent groups (e.g. the sales team).
The selected buttons are displayed in blue. Clicking on the 'Print' button will display a printable version of the data for you to print out.
