EvantoDesk has specific limits set in order to prevent spam abuse. These limits vary and we reserve the right not to disclose the actual limit figure.
If an email sent by you exceeds the limit, the email will be sent back to you to alert you and provide instructions on how to proceed.
If you require the limit for your account to be increased, you may request this by contacting
https://support.evantodesk.com/newticket. We reserve the right to refuse to increase an accounts limit but will consider each case on its merits and act fairly.
The limits for free trial accounts are much lower than for accounts on a paid plan.
EvantoDesk is not a marketing tool! There are lots of good marketing tools out there so please use them. EvantoDesk is currently integrated with MailChimp.
