EvantoDesk can send notifications to your desktop whenever there's a new email or reply to a ticket.
To switch this on:
1) Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen.
2) In the popup that opens, click the 'Enable Desktop Notifications' link in every browser that you use EvantoDesk (e.g. Chrome, Firefox etc).
Turning off notifications must be done in the browser settings itself and cannot be switched off by EvantoDesk.
